How do I start playing?
BiOnline connects RimWorld colonies on a shared world map. You need a project account, RimWorld installed on your computer and the launcher.
Create an account
Register on the website and confirm your email with the code from the message. Use the same account in the launcher. Read the project rules before registering.
Download the launcher
Download the BiOnline launcher, open it and select your RimWorld folder. Contact website support if the download does not start.
Choose a server
Sign in to the launcher and open the server list. Check the required RimWorld version, expansions and world rules before connecting. Servers may use different mod lists and settings.
Connect
Wait for the server files to finish installing, then start the game through the launcher. Create your colony on the shared planet when you first join. Keep using the same account when you return.
If you cannot connect
- Check that your game version matches the server requirements.
- Wait for launcher and mod updates to finish.
- Check the news for maintenance announcements.
If you still need help, open a support ticket. Include the server, describe the error and attach a screenshot or a ZIP archive of logs. Never send your password or email verification codes.
